Poster Sessions

Poster sessions will be held in the Oak Lounge at Tresidder Memorial Union.  Session 1:  Monday December 13 through noon December 15.  Session 2:  Wednesday, 12:00 noon through Friday at 3:00 PM. Posters from session 1 must be removed by noon on Wednesday to make room for session 2 posters.  Posters with ID numbers starting with 1 are assigned to session 1, posters with ID numbers starting with 2 are in session 2. 

Poster boards will be set up in the Oak Lounge.  Poster numbers will be attached to the poster boards.  Look for your number and post only on that board that has your number.  There will be staff available on hand to assist you, and poster mounting materials will be provided.  Poster dimensions should be 3 ft. by 4 ft.
